What does the farm offer?
As a growing, living organism in its own right, Blessing Way Pastures offers a pastoral view, a serene ambiance, and lots of work. Our primary driver for creating this farm was to have influence over the supplies we use to sustain our own lives. The fiber provides us with a creative outlet, a pastime for slow days, and a social gathering every spring and summer. Then there's the fertilizer, food, and family that the animals provide.
Looking forward, we hope to make the bounty available to others who are interested in home-grown goodness.
If you foresee in your future a need for a longwool supplier of artisan-quality wool, please use our contact form to let us know. There are many steps to processing freshly shorn wool, and we'd like to coordinate our efforts with interested buyers to ensure no work is wasted and all valuable resources are properly routed.
