Blessing Way Pastures is looking for milking help!
Looking for a few shifts a week milking cows?
Already have experience or want to learn on a small herd of sweet little Jersey cows?
2 shift minimum, but up to 8 shifts available - 6:00 am / 6:00 pm milking times.
Each shift runs approx. 2 hours this summer, but will increase to 2.5 hours in fall once all 9 cows are in milk.
In the interest of the cows and their need for routine and consistency, I ask a 1-year commitment, minimum.
Starting pay at $15/hr through a training/probationary period, then increases to $18/hr for 2-3 shifts/week
or $20.00/hr for 4 or more shifts/week.
